My wife and I bought a home less than a year ago, knowing that we would need a new roof and numerous other updates and repairs. We called several companies to get estimates in Sanford, most of which scheduled times to come out for an estimate and never called to let us know that they wouldn’t be coming. Once we called, we were very impressed that we actually spoke personally with the owner and that he was able to come out and give us such a good estimate. We had him to replace what we had with GAF architectural shingles. His crew showed up on time as scheduled and worked incredibly hard to get the job done in one day. They don’t use nail guns at all, every nail is hand nailed. They did an excellent job with their clean up and we are so pleased at the difference the roof makes in our home. After the amazing job on our roof, we are now using them to replace a sliding glass door, replace columns on our porch and even replacing our front door. The French Doors leading to my deck started showing wear after only 2 1/2 years. Wood was rotting water damage everywhere. I called Kenneth Garrett and I was surprised I actually got him on the phone after calling so many other business and getting voice mails. He came right out and saw what I had going on and knew just what to do. I needed gutters. I needed the wood to be replaced around my doors. Kenneth took care of all of that. He installed my gutters. He replaced all the bad wood and wrapped the doors in vinyl. He even replaced a piece of siding that got damaged in a storm. Kenneth is very knowledgeable about his line of work. They recently replaced the roof on my home and I highly recommend this company. Kenneth returned calls quickly, showed up on time for appointments, and quoted a good price. he is very considerate, and respectful of my home and pets, and even pointed out that one of the tires on my car looked low! In the process of getting the loan to finance the new roof he kept in touch and let me know when he got word that the price of the shingles was about to go up. Once I called to let him know I had the check, the work was done within 4 days. The shingles were delivered on Friday and the work was done on Saturday. The roof looks great, his crew was great, and left my yard looking better than when they arrived. They even used a metal detector to make sure there were no nails left in my yard.

I discovered a roof leak in the attic while getting out Christmas decorations. I researched the BBB and several local companies and gave them a call on a Friday evening after 9pm and left a message. The owner, Kenneth Garrett, returned my call within 30 minutes of my call and we setup an appointment for him to come out and give me an estimate. He arrived when he said he would with his roofing expert, Tim, and they gave me an estimate. The other company I contacted could not even come out for an estimate for at least 2 weeks. I went ahead and gave this company the job and they arrived early and went right to work identifying the leak and solving the problem. I could tell that Tim took pride in his work and when he was finished I could not tell that there was ever a problem. I was very impressed with this business and will use them again for any issues that I have with my roof, windows, or other areas that they cover. Thanks Kenneth and Tim for a job well done!!!

Just as I was about to give up all hope, God sent an angel to my rescue. I had been working with one specific company for nearly a month to get my leaky roof fixed, and all they did was try to figure out different ways to rip me off. I called Mr. Garrett, and he showed up an hour later. He gave me an honest quote and started the job immediately. I recently needed to replace some damaged siding on my porch. After hunting for weeks for someone who would take the job. He was extremely polite and within 24 hours he personally came to my house, did an estimate, and provided us a great quote. Once the materials were in, the job was done in one day while we were at work. To come home to such a fantastic repair job was well beyond expectations. The kicker was that they completed the work even though I had forgotten to leave them the check that day.
